Service Agreement
We provide this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition to this, Customer shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on BirthCertificatesPakistan.com which may be posted from time to time.
Acceptance of Agreement
BirthCertificatesPakistan.com, the service shall hereinafter be referred to as “BC-P”. This Service is provided to Customer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any operating rules or policies that may be published on BC-P which comprises the entire agreement between Customer and BC-P and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By placing your order on BirthCertificatesPakistan.com, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Description of Service
BC-P is providing Customer with a facility to get any required task in Pakistan completed through professional means from anywhere in the world. BC-P reserves the right to charge Client/Customer or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the quoted prices in individual cases on BC-P.
In consideration for this Service, Customer agrees to:
(1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about the Customer and the Applicant and (2) maintain and update provided information as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate.
Furthermore, Customer grants BC-P the right to disclose to third parties certain information about Customer and Service Membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Customer’s name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Customer expressly directs BC-P, or any other person Customer may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) BC-P is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on BC-P. If any information provided by Customer is inaccurate, BC-P retains the right to terminate Customer’s BC-P Agreement to use the Service.
Modifications in the AgreementBC-P may change the terms and conditions of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Customer. You can review the updated version of this Agreement at any time. Modifications of Service
The Management of BC-P reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service BirthCertificatesPakistan.com with or without notice to Customer. BC-P shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service BC-P
